I would like to convert a 2 car garage into a living room. This would include removing the garage door and adding a window and siding. Also, we would like to add a shower to the existing 1/2 bathroom. (we would need to extend the bathroom into the garage area by 4 feet to make room for the stand up shower)

We own an old home (1942) near downtown / heights area, around 1110 sq. ft. We have plenty of room on our lot to add a master suite in the place of our second driveway, we would also like to add on the utility to have it inside the home instead of out in the garage. I have plans drawn up but need blueprints done, I am an interior designer so I have a pretty good idea of what I want but am definitely open to idea's / changes. We are excited about making this addition to our home sometime in the next year, we'll have to before we have a second child. We purchased a Condo in St. Pete and loking to add a 2nd bathroom (toilet, Vanity, and shower, update the 1st one which has a tub, toilet, and vanity. In addition we will look to have wood floors added and baseboards/window molding replaced. Looking to do ASAP.

Add 8 foot by 21 foot extension to family room including dormer type roof over addition with sliding glass door on 8 foot wide wall and floor to ceiling windows on 21 foot wide wall. Slope of yard will result in additon being about 4.5 feet above ground. Exterior brick up to floor level with vinyl siding from floor level to roof.

I am selling my house. I need to replace my whirlpool tub in my master bath. It is a corner whirlpool tub that is 60 inches by 60 inches. It is 18.5 inches tall. I have seen a nearly identical tub at Lowes (but it is 22 inches tall). Please provide an estimate for replacing my tub or installing the tub from Lowes.
